FAQ

Can I order less than 20 pairs of socks?

Unfortunately, no. We’ve lowered our MOQ as low as possible due to production limits.

Can i order socks with different designs for left and right sock?

Yes you can. However the MOQ for different designs is 200 pairs (100 pairs for design A, 100 pairs for design B)

Where are the socks made?

In our own factory, based in Slovakia, European Union.

Do you print on socks?

No we do not. We use organic materials that are, unlike synthetic materials, not suitable for high quality printing. Our socks are only knitted.

How long does it take to produce socks?

Depending on season and size of your order it can take 1-6 weeks. Account for October, November and December being the peak period.

Can I have a physical sample before production?

Yes. We want you to have your custom-made sock available for quality check. In case you need your order to be delivered within short time, we can send you a photo documentation of your sample to speed up the process.

How long does it take to produce socks?

Depending on season and size of your order it can take 1-6 weeks. Account for October, November and December being the peak period.

Can I have a physical sample before production?

Can you make a design for me?

Sure! If designing makes you dizzy, we are happy to help. The best you can do is to send us your brand manual and PDF/AI/ESP files (vector graphics). Alternatively we can use your website to inspire ourselves for your sock design.

I am making my own design. How should I deliver it to you?

As soon as you fill the form on our website, we will contact you via email within 24 hours. Please submit your design in our email communication.

How many colours can I have in my design?

No more than 5 colours in a row & no more than 9 colours in total.

What are the designing limitations?

Please find basic guidelines in the "Start designing" section. After you submit your design, we will always have to double check it when making a sample. Therefore, we might contact you again with some limitations being applied and suggest changes to make your design producible.

What sizes are the socks and can I request different sizes?

We primarily offer one-size-fits-most which approx. fits sizes 38 to 44. On your request we can also produce 2 sizes (men and women). In case you insist on different sizes, we will be happy to make them from 100 pairs per size.

One-size-first-most 38-44 (ideal in case you don't know who will receive your socks)
Women & Men size 36-40 & 41-45 (upon request, 100pairs/size)

Do you make children socks?

Yes. We can make children sock starting from size 30.

How long does it take for my socks to be delivered?

We ship from Slovakia. For domestic shipping it takes 1 day. For international shipping it takes from 3-5 days.

Do I have to pay extra fee for delivery?

No. Delivery fee is included in your pricing.

What materials are socks made of?

Depending on your pattern the composition is approx. 90% certified & recycled cotton, 8% certified & recycled polyamide, 2% certified elastane.

What's the difference between crew, ankle and sport socks?

Crew and ankle socks have similar body constructions. Sport sock however include a ribbed shaft for a snug fit around the calf.

Is delivery fee excluded?

Delivery fee is included in the pricing.

We have various charges for different sock types and packaging. However, there are no hidden fees such as design, sample, setup or rush fee.

Depending on complexity of your design and type of sock it varies between 100g and 600g of waste per 100 pairs.

Do you recycle?

Yes. All of our waste is up-cycled in the automotive industry where it’s used for interiors.
